Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange (within 14 days of the purchase) or obtain store credit (up to 30 days from the purchase date). It is possible the item/s be exchanged provided that the item is in its original condition. It should not been used, damaged, washed and should be in the original packaging with tags.

Exchanges
COD Purchases
Call us or email us on inquiries@sirasagarment.com to inform us about the exchange.
Please note that we do not accept returns of used or damaged items.
You need to produce the original receipt of purchase (need the invoice number) when informing us on the return and send us back the receipt with the retuning item.
We are happy to send you a new item, if it is within the exchange period. You may return the old item to the delivery person at the time of receiving the new item (your exchange).

Please also note that there will be a delivery charge of LKR 400.00 for exchanges and we only allow one exchange occurrence. The goods have to be in its original condition with the tags intact.
If there is a price difference;
If the returning item is lesser in value than the new item – you are required to pay the difference
If the retuning item is higher in value than the new item – we will provide you with shopping credit which you can use for your next purchase.

Exchange processing may take up to 2 working days.
Returns are accepted at the Flagship Stores / Showrooms.

Card Purchases

Refunds
Though we do not do cash back refunds, we will be happy to offer you a credit voucher for future purchases. In order to obtain credit, please note the item returned should be in its original condition. It should not been used, damaged, washed and should be in the original packaging with tags intact.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit once the inspection of goods is done. If your credits are approved, you will receive an Email with the voucher code and a validity period.
